  • Internal improvements and reporting. Not used for marketing third parties.

Shared only with those directly involved in resident care or as required by law (e.g., hospital transfers). No sharing with unrelated third parties. No sale of personal data.

6. Consumer Rights Under Maryland Law (MODPA)

  • Access, correct, or delete their data; request portability.
  • Opt out of non-essential data processing.
  • Requests are responded to within 45 days; appeals handled within 60 days.

7. Data Security

We maintain administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect personal information from unauthorized access.

8. Retention Period

Health records retained per state law and OHCQ licensing requirements; other personal data retained as necessary for service provision and legal compliance.
